Alexander Library Building alterations affecting the SRO

The State Records Office wishes to advise clients and visitors that the State Library of Western Australia will be undertaking building works in the area immediately adjacent to the SRO, for a period of approximately four months.  As a result there may be noise and associated works issues in the SRO’s Microfilm and Search Room area.  Entry to the SRO during this period will be via the SRO's own front door into the Cultural Centre at the South West corner of the Library building.

There will also be some minor works between the SRO and the State Library which will affect the SRO’s microfilm area.  This work will start on Monday 30 March 2009 and SRO will advise the completion time for these works soon.

We apologise for any inconvenience.
